Nancy Pelosi’s stock investments have come under scrutiny for thier outperformance in 2021. So much so that an ETF was created in order to track it. In 2021 it experienced gains at more than 50%, which compares to a gain of more than 28% for the S&P 500 Index. How has it performed in 2022?
So far, in 2022, she outperformed the S&P an average of 3% on a weekly basis and for most of the year. The portfolio has started to experience a relative loss compared to the S&P, partially due to selling call options at a loss.
